Interest in the Civil War runs high in Franklin County, birthplace of General Jubal Early. Each year the county hosts Franklin County Civil War Days, a weekend festival of remembrance, re-enactments and educational events. As the sesquicentennial of the Civil War approached, the county wanted to increase awareness of the event within the county and beyond. Mikula|Harris developed promotional rack cards and posters to help spread the word.
