Roanoke College is a highly respected liberal arts college with a history that extends over 175 years. It’s a dignified institution of higher education that also happens to have a diverse student body on a vibrant campus with cutting edge technology.

Portraying that mix of historic and modern in the college alumni magazine takes both skill and creativity. For more than 20 years, Mikula-Harris has been helping the school tell the inspiring stories of students, graduates and faculty who are changing the world and enhancing the Roanoke College legacy.

The college has experienced dynamic growth and the magazine has won local and national awards to earn its place as one of the top college magazines in the nation.

In a household with kids, life revolves around the school schedule. Roanoke Public Schools knows this fact very well and saw it as an opportunity to communicate with parents and students, while providing a valuable service. The first step was to create a calendar that families would want to use as their primary wall calendar. It had to be interesting and genuinely useful.

Mikula-Harris worked closely with the schools to design a beautiful and functional layout. The strength of each calendar is in the stunning photography that showed the strengths, diversity and even the facilities of Roanoke Public Schools.

The calendars were wildly popular, not to mention, award winning. Overall, we think they deserve an A+.
